Next Number Mode

Need each activity to generate a new number? Field Ticket, Invoice or where you need to have a ID number.

Every new activity you start can have an associated new next number. 

For example, if you have a field ticket or invoice that needs a new unique number for each new activity that is filled out, FAT FINGER can generate this for you. 

To do this,

  1. Start a new workflow or edit a workflow.

  2. Open the Title Element's advanced options dropdown (as shown on the top right of the picture below)

  3. Activate - "NEXT NUMBER MODE"

  4. Optional - Input your desired starting number. For example, 5000 if you want the activity to start at 5000 and count upward from that point.
