If you need to keep submitted activity data private then FAT FINGER has you covered.

For example:

You might have HR (Human Resources) processes, safety incidents, or manager feedback forms that you want your team filling out, but you don't want others on the team seeing the submitted data.

FAT FINGER allows you to control privacy and visibility by limiting access to only the people you choose.

Simply select the more options button under the app title and enable the privacy switch.

Once enabled, you can select the only users that you wish to have access to the data. Only the users in this list will have access to this app template data.

Reporters and Managers not on the privacy list will still be able to use the template, but they will only see the activities they have created and not the activities from other team members. Admin users and users inside of the privacy list will have access to all data.
