Assets

With Assets you will be able to organize and keep track of all the assets relevant to your operations.

You will be able to add different types of assets, where each type will have different properties. For example, while adding a mobile device you might want to track its brand, model and OS version, but while adding a car, you might want to know other things instead.

*Note that if you have a Hierarchy with your company’s site structure, you will be able to specify the location of each asset by using that Hierarchy within your Asset Types.

Once you created the types of assets that you want to include, you can start adding the actual assets.

You will be able to switch the different types of asset you see in the list by switching the selected type from here:


Once you have all your assets added into the system, you can include them in your Workflows using the new Asset element from the builder.



*Note that the list of Assets shown in an Asset element has to be filtered by either ASSET TYPE or by a HIERARCHY ELEMENT included in that same Workflow.
